The field of application of stepping relays is the switching on and off of consumers via push button operation. With the stepping relay, a load can be switched via a button. If an impulse is detected at terminal 15, the relay switches and holds itself. Another impulse switches again. (Latch switch or toggle flip-flop). Terminal 15 is debounced. Housing shapes can be found in the Housing and basic body chapter. These stepping relays are not programmable.
